YAKKITY YAK 4ply merino/silk/yak plied yarn
Premium quality 4ply/fingering weight singles construction yarn. Composition 65% merino, 20% silk and 15% yak. Hand dyed in NZ by fibre2go. Soft, smooth and lustrous with single (un-plied) twist structure, gentle machine washable although hand washing is always preferable with hand-made items. Soft enough for babies wear or anything against the skin. Suit shawls, scarves, light weight garments. Not durable enough for socks
Needle size recommended 2.5-4.0mm
